This anthurium species is native to Costa Rica, however this variety is only found in cultivation. My collection was grown from a small group of seedlings. I've raised 'The Red Group' from a crossing I made of two selected bright red blooming plants. The plants are 2-4 inches from 72 cell liners. They have full root growth and ready for planting in 2.25 inch pots. 5 plants shipped bare root.
