This anthurium species is native to Costa Rica, however this variety is only found in cultivation. The variety 'Rothschildianum' was at one time in wider cultivation but is now rare and difficult to find. My collection was grown from a small group of seedlings I raised. Some of the plants in this group of seedlings have bloomed solid color in red or orange. The plants shipped are 2-4 inches long from a 72 cell liner. They have full root growth and are ready for planting in a 2.25 inch pot. 5 plant shipped bare root.
