The class bifoliate cattleya are sometimes referred to as 'Cocktail orchids' because of their smaller size as compared to the standard unifoliate cattleya. This is a free flowering species that produces clusters of flowers often blooming twice a year. This is a great beginner orchid. Grow in bright natural or artificial light. Division consist of at least 3 bareroot pseudobulbs.
